- Layaway agreements may only be made in-person at Blooming Resale
- Purchase total must be $200 or more
- 25% of total purchase is due to begin a layaway agreement
- Payments can be made in person, over the phone or through our website
- Final payment of your total must be made within 60 days from today’s date
- Layaway purchases will remain in-store until the final payment is made, up to 60 days.
- Prices of the goods on layaway will not change even if they happen to fall into a category that may be on sale during your layaway agreement.
- If the remaining balance on your layaway is not paid in full by the end of our layaway agreement, the item(s) will be moved back to our sales floor and all funds paid toward your purchase are forfeited. You will not be refunded any amount, for any reason. We will not transfer those funds to another purchase or store credit.

All return requests must be made within 3 days of receiving your order and include photos supporting your claim. You will be responsible for all return shipping costs. If your return request is approved, you’ll be refunded on your original payment method once the item is received at our store and inspected.
